How do I play Arrows Puzzle?
Tap on any arrow to rotate it. Your goal is to align all arrows
according to the puzzle's rules. Each puzzle has a unique solution.
Study the grid carefully and think about how rotating one arrow affects
the others. Some puzzles have arrows that rotate together, while others
have special mechanics—experiment and observe the patterns!
What do the different arrow colors mean?
Different colored arrows may have different behaviors depending on the
level:

How do hints work?
Hints provide guidance without giving away the complete solution. When

- Show the target direction for that arrow
- Deduct one hint from your available hints (free users have limited hints)

Can I replay completed levels?
Yes! You can replay any completed level at any time. This is great for:
- Improving your solve time
- Solving with fewer moves to beat your personal record
- Practicing puzzle strategies
- Earning perfect ratings (⭐⭐⭐) on all levels
Technical Support
The app is running slowly or freezing
- Close other apps running in the background
- Restart the app completely
- Check that you have adequate storage space on your device
- Restart your device if the issue persists
- Update to the latest version of the app
- Lower the animation quality in settings if your device is older
My progress disappeared!
Don't worry! Try these steps:
- Check if you're logged into the correct account (iCloud/Google Play)
- Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings if you're a premium subscriber
- Enable cloud sync in settings to back up your progress
- Make sure you didn't accidentally reset your progress in settings
- Contact support if the issue continues
How do I reset my progress?
To start fresh and reset all progress:
- Go to Settings (⚙️) in the app
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Reset Progress"
- Confirm the action (this cannot be undone!)
Warning: This will delete all your solved levels,
achievements, and statistics. Your premium subscription will remain
active.
How do I turn off sound/music?
You can customize audio settings:
- Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the main menu
- Toggle "Sound Effects" on/off
- Toggle "Background Music" on/off
- Adjust volume using your device's volume controls
Can I sync my progress across multiple devices?
Yes! Your progress automatically syncs if you:

iOS: Are signed into the same iCloud account on both
devices

Android: Are signed into the same Google Play Games
account
- Have cloud sync enabled in app settings
Make sure both devices have an internet connection for sync to work.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account:

I was charged but didn't get premium access
