Important: By downloading, installing, or using the Arrows Puzzle mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

Arrows Puzzle is a mobile puzzle game that challenges players to rotate arrows and solve increasingly complex logic puzzles. The app provides hundreds of levels, progress tracking, hints, and achievements to enhance your puzzle-solving experience.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Arrows Puzzle Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $0.45 per week
Yearly Subscription: $5.99 per year (Best Value)

Note: Prices may vary by location and tax regulations. Current pricing is always displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

Arrows Puzzle Premium includes:

Unlimited access to all puzzle levels and content
Unlimited hints to help solve challenging puzzles
Access to exclusive premium puzzle packs
Detailed statistics and progress tracking
Ad-free gaming experience
Early access to new levels and features
Priority customer support

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For all users:

Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Arrows Puzzle cannot directly manage cancellations.

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
After cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of the paid period.

5. User Conduct

Acceptable Use:

You agree to use Arrows Puzzle for entertainment and personal use only.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game or unlock content.
You will not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages.
You will not share your subscription access with others or attempt to circumvent payment systems.

6. Content and Ownership

All puzzles, levels, designs, graphics, and game mechanics are owned by Arrows Puzzle.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove game content at any time.
Progress and achievements are stored locally on your device and in cloud backup if enabled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Arrows Puzzle, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, puzzle designs, and software, are the property of Arrows Puzzle and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arrows Puzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including loss of data, device damage, or time spent playing. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.

9. Game Updates and Availability

We may release updates to add new levels, fix bugs, or improve performance.
Some features may require the latest version of the app to function properly.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or its features.
Subscription features are subject to device compatibility and operating system requirements.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Arrows Puzzle if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the app developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
